Insertion begins upon receipt of a completed "Insertion Order". Final Insertion Date and Invoice Date for each Insertion begins with the next regeneration cycle. After the advertisement has been placed online, Shop Putnam County.com allowes a minimum of two weeks for you to view and modify the advertisement. Any advertisement, web page, or other placement that remains unpaid will be pulled and canceled with the next regeneration following the due date and the client forfeits any refund.

Site regeneration dates are scheduled two times a monthly, on the 1st and 15th of each month. Prices quoted are without sales tax, which will be applied at time of invoicing.
